| Having been a victim of Affirmative Action, I can feel the pain of Mr.Ricci, one would of thought that a candadate for the Supreme Court would know that the mandate to promote totally unqualified indididuals died with Affirmative Action, but obviously not, The Sotomayor party line is that she just upheld the lower court carte blanche, REALLY! wasn't she bound to uphold the law and protect Mr. Ricci's right to the promotion that he fairly won. Instead EMPATHY jumped in, and Sotomayor was about applying her brand of Affirmative Action. And now we shoud expect that she would not do the same on the Supreme Bench, Ha! what a pitiful joke.. |
